I am proud to have the endorsement of the Socialist Health Association for my re-election to represent Liverpool West Derby.
I have continued to fight against the Tory’s privatisation and underfunding of the NHS. And I have used my voice in Parliament to demand investment in our local NHS services in West Derby, such as the wonderful Alder Hey Children’s Hospital.
And I am proud to have stood alongside NHS nurses, doctors and ambulance workers on the picket line to demand better pay and conditions for all NHS staff.
If I am re-elected I promise to continue fighting for our NHS and its founding principles; a health service universally available to all and free at the point of use.
