This was the keynote speech of Mark Drakeford, Leader of Welsh Labour and First Minister of Wales at Welsh Labour Conference in March 2023.
It was a very inspiring speech, setting out a clear socialist agenda, for which he received a standing ovation. It was sincere and heartfelt. It was made more poignant by Mark’s very recent bereavement and when he referred to this he spoke in Welsh.
