Dr Caroline Tait NHS Connecting for Health Clinical Advisor to the Summary Care Record Programme in January 2008. Her role involves working with the Early Adopters of the Summary Care Record, engaging with local stakeholders and providing clinical support and input to the SCR Programme. Caroline is also a locum GP working predominantly in Out of hours care, a QOF Clinical Assessor and an IM&T DES Assessor. Prior to this, Caroline held the position of GP Principal in Halifax, West Yorkshire.
